I have just received my invitation to the annual Travcom Christmas party and it has prompted me to inform our travel writing students of this great organisation.

New Zealand Travel Communicators (www. travcom.org.nz) has around 200 members including professional travel writers, photographers, authors, broadcasters, public relations consultants and other travel-related communicators.

It is not expensive to join and offers:

2. An annual familiarisation trip to New Zealand destinations.
