A student who is finishing the WSC course described for me her writing routine:
“My writer’s routine is making coffee, get comfy and brainstorm some words and or sayings/quotes. I look up words and then stories and/or characters come into my mind from there. I make sure the house is quiet and peaceful and then I sit and write what comes into my head. Usually this is all done after midday because I have spent the morning preparing everything else so I can spend the afternoon writing.”
