    Does any one  have details of humorous travel writers they could pass on to Lynda Kanji on the forum.

    I’ve mentioned Bill Bryson and AA Gill

    Hi Lynda,

    I know it was some time ago but if you are still looking for humorous travel writers (and are keen on the library) have you checked out the travel section? Also, go into a book shop (new and second hand) and see what they have got. You can often find a range of travel books that aren’t guides.

    Hugh Thomson is good.

    try going going on Book Depository or Abe book websites (second hand and new) and searching for travel writing, and you will have plenty of choice, not necessarily to buy but to get some names.
