The Institute Guarantee
Our guarantee is very simple and straightforward.
- In the first instance, the Institute will not accept students for courses unless we have a reasonable expectation that they are capable of obtaining their diploma.
- If a student wishes to pull out of a course within 28 days of commencement then 90% of the course fees paid will be refunded within seven days of the return of all course materials. No quibbles. No problems. After 28 days there will be zero refunds.
- The New Zealand Institute of Business Studies will only accept a student if our basic entry level standard of English is met. This means we consider the student has a real expectation of reaching diploma standard.
- We encourage every student to persist with their studies until they graduate.
- We accept reasonable requests for delays, postponements or pauses in course studies for up to two years without penalty. You can put your course 'on hold' if you get time or health problems.
- If the principal considers a student is still not up to diploma standard even after completing the course, further tuition will be offered without cost to the student until diploma status is reached.
- If a student cannot achieve diploma status even after completing the course, all course fees will be refunded 100% within seven days. However a student must complete the course to be eligible for a refund.
